    My experience with it though has been limited because of my poor physical condition. I am progressing very slow. I am 1,75 metres tall and my weight is 89 Kg. It is difficult for me doing tuck jumps for instance, or burpees but I can use the regression exercises and beginner level that make things easy for me to get stronger and better.

    Yes i have been through the metabolic bodyweight program for 10 week phase 1 and 2 and I must say it is very hard but challenging at the same time. I have not taken before and after pics but I have seen my strength increased and agility toppled and also my body changed.
