After you figure out which of the 6 area’s you need to work on (could be 1, could be 2, 3, 4, 5 or could be all 6), you then go to the actual exercises.
For each of the 6 keys Thomas will show you simple but deadly effective exercises that you probably have never seen before…
But you can do them in any gym, or even at home!
You can do these exercises as a warmup before your regular workouts, or as a separate session on their own, whatever you prefer.
It doesn’t matter if you’re doing any of my programs, or someone else’s program or you’re not doing any training at all…
